The Natural Cannabis Company’s High Art competition is back for it’s 7th year with a new theme: magic. The competition is an international contest hosted by Juxtapoz Magazine with that invites both amateur and professional artists to submit their work for an array of cash prizes as well as a donation to a list of charities, including The American Red Cross, Amnesty International, PETA, UNICEF, Doctors Without Borders and the International Campaign to End Landmines. Magic is an ideal theme for the cannabis enjoying artist, giving them the opportunity to explore images of wizards, witches, nature, and other timeless themes often found in ‘high’ art. For those interested in entering, submissions this year are excepted until 11:59pm on March 20th. The cash prizes offered to winners will be in the form of a $50,000 pool, with the grand prize being $25,000, $10,000 of which will be donated to an eligible charity of their choice. In addition to the cash and donation, the top submissions will have their artwork featured on the Natural Cannabis Company‘s packaging, in the annual High Art Magazine, and tangibly displayed at the High Art gallery in Santa Rosa, California.
