Jonah Hill continues his multi-faceted career by directing and starring in Outcome, a dark comedy that he co-wrote with Ezra Woods. Keanu Reeves is currently in negotiations to co-star with Hill, allegedly playing a troubled Hollywood star. Since being pitched in November, Outcome finally found a home at Apple Studios, being featured as an Apple Original Film.
Negotiations to finalize the deal took some time due to the cutthroat nature and competitiveness of the market at this point, even for great package ideas with A-list talents. But finally, Apple landed the deal and continues to keep Hill alongside the platform’s rising popularity. Apple Original Films and Hill have also partnered together to create a Grateful Dead film following the famous band throughout their rise to stardom.
With both actors already riding high – Hill’s other films, like You People and Stutz, doing well on Netflix, and Reeves’ John Wick Chapter 4 hitting one of his career-best openings with the box office hitting nearly $75 Million domestically – Outcome will likely continue to push both Reeves’s and Hill’s careers in the right direction.
