Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in luxury fashion and hospitality, continues to reach for the stars while entering the global real estate market in Europe, America, and Asia.
After excelling in the world of perfumes, luxury home goods, and even leaping into the metaverse with NFT collections, D&G is reportedly looking to purchase quite a bit of real estate with some big plans in mind.
The plans for Dolce & Gabbana’s expansion include 2 different aspects of real estate: housing & hospitality. D&G plans to create residential housing in the form of luxury condos, in Miami, FL and Marbella, Spain, for which they have enlisted the help of prominent architects and development groups in each country to ensure the spaces all align with the brand. On the hospitality side, Dolce & Gabbana have decided to begin their first hotel project in the Maldives. Like their residential housing plans, D&G has also recruited help from a luxury property developer from the region.
There is no telling yet when these projects will be finished and when we will get to see the different luxury spaces that Dolce & Gabbana envisioned. For now, we wait and hope to see design plans for these incredible projects as they begin to come to life.
