That day alone, the Chad Stahelski-directed film brought in $29.4 million, all while stacking up glowing reviews and expressions of appreciation for a franchise that has defiantly refused to waver nearly a decade after the original film became a surprise megahit.
Outside of the U.S., John Wick: Chapter 4 is reported to have made another $64 million in its first three days of release. This brings the global opening weekend total to $137.5 million.
