OVO is partnering with the NBA to create a limited series city-edition collection combining basketball and fashion.
Before the super bowl, OVO partnered with the NFL to create a limited-edition collection highlighting about 8 NFL teams. The new collaboration collection with the NBA will be a similar idea, showcasing six NBA teams and their respective cities. Photos of a few of the pieces have been released, including apparel from the Los Angeles Lakers, Phoenix Suns and Golden State Warriors. Other teams included in the collection are the Memphis Grizzlies, New York Knicks, and Drake’s own Toronto Raptors.
The collection will include multiple styles of apparel including hoodies, varsity jackets and sweatpants, from what we see in the teaser Instagram launch from the Welcome OVO page. The collection drops today, April 21st on the OVO website. Drake and NBA fans alike will be scrambling to get their hands on these limited-edition pieces.
