On January 30, the Dutch house star plays the entire night at the home of LAFC, and the crowd will be the first to hear his debut album live.
Exposition Park has a long memory when it comes to dance music. Before the Electric Daisy Carnival packed up for the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in 2011, its last Los Angeles edition filled the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in 2010, right next door to where BMO Stadium stands now. The stadium opened in 2018 on the site of the old Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena, and these days it belongs to LAFC and Angel City FC. On January 30, 2027, it belongs to Mau P.
Insomniac has announced Mau P Presents: Generation Rebrand at BMO Stadium on Saturday, January 30, 2027, an open-to-close show with no openers and no support slots. The music starts at 6:30 p.m., and it’s Mau P from then until the lights come up. The night also doubles as the first live showcase of his forthcoming debut album, also titled “Generation Rebrand.”
That title fits a story most of his fans already know. Before Mau P, Maurits Westveen was Maurice West, a Dutch producer working the bigger, brighter end of the festival circuit. In 2022 he started over under a new name, and his debut single, “Drugs From Amsterdam,” became one of those tracks you couldn’t escape that year, and it has since climbed to nearly 273 million streams. Insomniac Records released the follow-up, “Gimme That Bounce,” in January 2023, and “Metro,” his collaboration with Kevin de Vries, kept the run going. Since then he has played EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland, Hï Ibiza and Amsterdam Dance Event, landed residencies at Pacha Ibiza and XS Las Vegas, and played Coachella in 2025, the same year he reworked Tame Impala on “The Less I Know The Better.”
Los Angeles has watched the scale go up in real time. In October 2025 he brought his Baddest Behaviour party to Los Angeles State Historic Park, announced at the time as his biggest show in the city to date. Fifteen months later he’s stepping into a stadium that seats 22,000 for soccer, and he’s doing it alone.

The past few weeks hint at where the new chapter is heading. In September he released “Just A Little Bit More” on Interscope Records, and in October he launched Baddest Behaviour Records, a label built to give emerging producers, many of whom have been sending him music for years, a bigger platform. “I’m not trying to follow what’s popping right now,” he said when the label went live.
The artwork for the show deserves a closer look, too. Instead of a press shot, the flyer is a grid of nine gilded icons: a pyramid with an eye, a blazing sun, a jeweled cross, a key shaped like a human head, a stone statue, a fingerprint, a chrome number 3, a red apple with an eye at its core, and a rampant lion. Underneath sits one line: “The Way Out Is In.” Nobody has explained the symbols yet, and I have a feeling that’s the point.
A stadium is a big room to fill by yourself, and an open-to-close set leaves nowhere to hide. Mau P has spent four years turning one new name into something bigger every time he steps up. On January 30, we find out what the rebrand actually sounds like. See you in the pit.
