Tickets still available for Pulse Events‘ United States debut of one of Asia’s most coveted event brands, S2O, which will touch down in New York City over Labor Day Weekend from Saturday, August 31 – Sunday, September 1, 2024 at The Brooklyn Mirage. The immersive water music festival will showcase two nights of top-tier electronic music programming.

The trailblazing company Pulse Events is responsible for producing the first-ever American concert dedicated to blending electronic music and traditional Asian culture (Spring Festival: Lunar New Year Celebration 2023). Pulse Events’ mission is to represent Asian Americans within the global dance music community, producing events that foster cultural exchange and educate attendees about Asian culture.

Since its inception in Bangkok in 2015, S2O has become the world’s biggest electronic music-focused Songkran (Thai New Year) celebration, hosting events in Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Gaining widespread acclaim for its innovative blend of dance music alongside spectacular water effects, S2O promotes the Songkran tradition of spraying one another with water for good luck. The unique festival concept aims to harness the power of water as an elemental force of joy and unity while transcending cultural boundaries to create immersive experiences for attendees worldwide. The brand placed on DJ Mag’s Top 100 Festivals 2023 list at #55 with S2O Thailand and #79 with S2O Taiwan.

The first edition of S2O New York will feature world-renowned headliners such as GRAMMY-nominated act Marshmello making his Pulse Events debut, and stadium-smashing dubstep producer/DJ Subtronics, following his previous Pulse Events show at Barclays Center and recent S2O Thailand set.

The festival’s first foray into the U.S. will also feature supporting performances from veteran act and Norwegian artist Alan Walker who headlined S2O Taiwan, melodic bass mavericks Said The Sky b2b William Black, multi-platinum producer and live instrumentalist Timmy Trumpet, American big room titan Borgeous, Canadian act Dzeko, versatile melodic artist Kaivon, Asian-American duo ARMNHMR, and dubstep queen LEVEL UP. S2O New York will also feature a handful of local Asian-American artists including SENSEI, Zion B2B Jomu, Cyberpunk b2b PSYXTOI, and JOKAH.

Since launching in 2015, Pulse Events has become an expert on the Asian-American electronic music market, specializing in concerts and live performances across North America and beyond. The event producer and promoter’s brand mission is to be a pioneer of culture and media innovation, having previously hosted industry-leading electronic music artists such as Martin Garrix, SLANDER, Afrojack, Gryffin, KSHMR, Kill The Noise, Like Mike, Seven Lions, Vini Vici, Yellow Claw, and more. The brand has also produced world tours for South Korean artists such as EXO and Big Bang, as well as the Krazy Super Concert in New York and Los Angeles.
