Continuing their $690 million renovation, The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas has just introduced a 9,000 square foot suit designed by Damien Hirst.
The custom project titled “Empathy Suite” has Hirst designing the interior as well as creating new artwork that flows throughout. The two-story penthouse suite includes two master bedrooms, a 13-seat curved bar, cantilevered jacuzzi that overlooks the strip, a salt relaxation room and plenty more. It also comes with a private behind-the-scenes tour of the art on the property of the Palms.
Six original artworks from Hirst are featured in the suite accompanied by custom furniture with Hirst’s signature motifs. One standout piece featured is Hirst’s Winner/Loser (2018) sculpture of two bull sharks floating in formaldehyde.
The two-story penthouse will cost $200,000 USD for a two-night stay. The hefty price includes a 24-hour butler service, chauffeured car service, A-list access to all entertainment on the premises, and more.
Check out the pictures and see if you think a two-night stay is worth it.
