Yesterday, TikTok announced that it will be hosting its first live music festival, ‘In The Mix,’ next year in Arizona.
The announcement came alongside a few headlining names to tease fans; the festival will see performances from Cardi B, Niall Horan, Anitta, Charlie Puth and many more. The flyer for the festival also claims that “creators and surprise guests” will appear as well. ‘In The Mix’ is set to not only feature killer musical acts, but will also feature artists that are a part of TikTok’s “Elevate” Program, such as Isabel LaRosa, LU KALA, Kaliii, and Sam Barber.
To add to the excitement, TikTok intends to make their For You Feed come to life through immersive experiences and activities based on the top trends for attendees to enjoy. The festival has no age requirements and will be live streamed globally through TikTok LIVE.
TikTok’s Global Head of Music Partnerships and Programming, Paul Hourican, said: “No other platform mixes music, creativity and community like TikTok. With ‘In The Mix,’ our goal is to bring the For You feed to life for fans at the venue and on TikTok. Our vision is to create a show that is reimagined for the TikTok era and our music-loving global community.”
‘In The Mix’ festival is set to take place outdoors at Sloan Park in Mesa, Arizona on December 10th of 2024. Those who follow the headlining artists on TikTok have the opportunity to receive an exclusive code for early ticket purchases. The early ticket sales begin Friday, October 27th at 9 AM PT and will end October 30th or until tickets run out.
General ticket sale will begin on Thursday, November 2nd at 9 AM PT and will be available via TikTok.
