Over the weekend Bas took to Twitter to announce that he and J. Cole have collaborated yet again, and will be releasing their new single, “Passport Bros” this week.
Bas’s tweet gave fans a small insight into the album, giving them the album artwork with himself and J. Cole, as well as the caption “Passport Bros ft. @JColeNC / 7/19 @Dreamville / We Only Talk About Real Shit When We’re Fucked Up / album coming soon.” The two Dreamville artists have collaborated many times, going as far back to 2013, with many successful tracks.
Fans are excited to hear news of another collaboration from the power duo. The jury’s out as to whether or not the “album coming soon” will be a Bas solo record, or if he was hinting to a collaborative album. For now, fans will have to be content with the new single, “Passport Bros,” releasing this Wednesday, July 19th.
