Beginning with Cassie last month, Diddy has continued to be the center of allegations from several women; the most recent Jane Doe filed a lawsuit accusing him of raping and trafficking her as a 17 year old girl.
As the fourth survivor to come forward within the past 3 weeks, Jane Doe has named three men: Sean “Diddy Combs, Harve Pierre – president of Bad Boy Entertainment, and a third man, in her lawsuit. The lawsuit, filed with the same lawyer that Cassie used just a few short weeks ago, accused the men of “gang raping” her and trafficking her in 2003 when she was just 17 years old.
According to the suit, in 2003 Jane Doe was at a lounge in Detroit with her friend when Harve Pierre approached her. He began talking to her about 34-year-old Diddy, eventually calling him to arrange a private jet ride to New York. Diddy obliged, transporting the teenager across state lines. After the jet landed at a New Jersey airport, an SUV took Doe, Pierre and a third man to the studio to meet Diddy.
The lawsuit states that the assault occurred in the bathroom of Diddy’s Manhattan studio after the men made sure she had consumed “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol.” As she became more intoxicated, she began “slipping in and out of consciousness” but the men continued to make sexual advances at her. When she was in the bathroom she alleges that Diddy was the first to rape her, then the unidentified man, and then Pierre. The suit claims that Diddy watched the other rapes occur from just outside the bathroom. She reported her begs for the assault to stop being ignored.
The suit details the assault that Doe endured, including specifying that Pierre “violently” forced the girl to give him oral sex. The document reads: “Ms. Doe remembers that Mr. Pierre was sweaty and that she had difficulty breathing. When Mr. Pierre finished, he left Ms. Doe in the bathroom alone. Mr. Doe fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor. Her vagina was in pain.” Once she was finally able to stand and walk, the men flew her back to Michigan, a flight which she has “very limited” recollection of and only recalls “being in her car sometime early in the morning.”
Diddy has also been accused of having connections with the Black Mafia Family in this lawsuit. Doe alleges that Diddy and his associates spent a lot of time in Detroit, where Pierre found her. Detroit is also where the Black Mafia Family, an alleged “drug trafficking and money laundering operation that is rumored to have seeded Bad Boy,” is based. Doe’s lawsuit also includes multiple photos, including one of her sitting on Diddy’s lap in his studio.
Doe’s attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor, says that Doe has suffered “monetary damages, physical injury, pain and suffering, and serious psychological and emotional distress, entitling her to an award of compensatory and punitive damages.” When filing the suit Wigdor said the three men “preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped. The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred Doe for life.”
Diddy has denied all allegations against him and made a statement on his social media accounts claiming that his accusers are just trying to “assassinate” his character and “destroy [his] reputation and legacy” to get “a quick payday.” Diddy said: “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth.”
After settling the lawsuit with Cassie so quickly, we will see how Diddy handles the rest of the suits coming forward.
