After their recent collection with Los Angeles Dodgers, Born X Raised is continuing their local collaborations by partnering with streetwear brand Stüssy.
The collection is set to include 3 t-shirt designs, a zip-up hoodie, a long sleeved jersey and a hat, as well as accessories like a beach towel and lighter. The collaboration combines the vibes and designs of the two brands to create a mix of “heritage, style and creativity.” Both brand logos are represented through the combination of Stüssy’s graffiti-style typography and the timeless Born X Raised font.
One of the shirts in the collection, the “Handstyle tee,” sports the signatures of both Born X Raised co-founders. The front of the shirt displays 2Tone’s signature, while the back is proudly adorned with a tribute to Spanto. The long sleeved jersey is decorated with the classic eight- ball imagery from Stüssy along with the Born X Raised branding on the back, while the zip-up hoodie features the collaborative logo. The collection finishes off with a beach towel sporting the same eight-ball imagery as the jersey, a fitted hat with LA embossing, and a special Zippo lighter.
Born X Raised official Instagram released a short teaser video for the collaboration yesterday. The Born X Raised x Stüssy collaboration collection will be launching online later this week on August 11th.
