In celebration of their 30th Anniversary, BAPE has partnered with Canada Goose once again to launch the limited-edition ABC CAMO Collection.
Combining the two brands, the collection stays true to the Canada Goose mission of “living in the open,” with winter-ready pieces that are adorned in BAPE’s iconic patterns and style. To combine the outdoor utility of Canada Goose with the streetwear aesthetic of BAPE, the collection includes some of Canada Goose’s staple pieces with fresh BAPE twists. Canada Goose’s Crofton Puffer and the Freestyle Vest are both included in the collection, being offered in BAPE’s ABC CAMO print.
Like many fashion projects today, this collaboration aimed to tap further into the relationship between city living and the motocross community. The photoshoot for the collection featured Harlem-native A$AP TyY and model Tre’Nae Bynum tearing up the streets and popping wheelies across Roosevelt Island in Manhattan while sporting the ABC CAMO collection.
The collection will include typical streetwear pieces as well as the heavy-duty winter-wear. With the versatility of staple items, such as cargo pants, designer hoodies, carpenter skirts, and winter accessories like gloves, customers will be able to enjoy and wear this collection any time. The puffer and vest will both be available in two colorways of BAPE’s ABC CAMO print: Giant ABC Snow CAMO, with a monochromatic gray and white pattern, and Giant ABC CAMO, a classic camouflage combination of earthy green and brown.
The collaboration collection will also reveal limited-edition Medicom Be@rbrick collectibles. Coming in 1000%, 400% and 100%, the Be@rbricks will each be sporting the ABC Camo Crofton Puffer to help celebrate BAPE’s 30th Anniversary. The BAPE x Canada Goose collection is expected to roll out in select retailers on December 2nd, as well as online on December 9th.
