Usher Back on Billboard Charts After 7 Years

Usher’s newest single, “Good Good,” has finally put him back in the Top 30 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time in 7 years.

Usher has not seen a Top 30 charting song since his 2015 hit “I Don’t Mind” with Juicy J. The single, sitting at No. 28 on the Top 30 for its eighth week, features Summer Walker and 21 Savage. It has also ranked all the way at No. 1 on the Billboard Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart for two weeks.

“Good Good” is a track from Usher’s upcoming ‘Coming Home’ album, set to release this February alongside his Super Bowl Halftime performance. Usher has spoken about his highly- anticipated Halftime show, telling fans that it will be a memorable performance filled with “tasteful” pole dancers, roller skates, and lots of lights.

Earlier this month while on ‘The Breakfast Club,’ he told listeners: “I’m trying to make certain that the world knows the legacy that is my career. . . But I’m playing the hits and I’m definitely bringing something that’s gonna leave you shocked. You’re gonna remember this moment.”
