Insomniac, Factory 93 and Cosmopop have revealed the full bill for Time Warp New York City 2026, and alongside Sven Väth, Indira Paganotto and DVS1, four homegrown New York names get the room.

There is a stretch of the Brooklyn Navy Yard that only makes sense in late November. The water goes black, the wind off the East River takes it personally, and then you round the corner and a hall built for boat shows is leaking light and low end until six in the morning. The Duggal Greenhouse has been Time Warp’s New York address since the German institution planted its flag here in 2014. On November 20 and 21, 2026, it plants it again for a ninth edition, and the lineup Insomniac, Factory 93 and Cosmopop just made public reads like a brand that knows exactly what it is.
Over twenty artists across two rooms, the Greenhouse and the adjoining Agger Building, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. both nights, 21 and over. At the top of the poster sits Sven Väth, the Cocoon founder whose own label calls him “The Papa” without a trace of irony, playing a festival that has been running since 1994. Under him, the bill splits along the fault lines techno has been arguing about all year. DVS1 represents the purist wing, the sound-system obsessive. Indira Paganotto brings the psy-techno that has taken her ARTCORE brand around the world. Klangkuenstler handles the industrial end, VTSS the Polish club chaos, Anetha and Chlär the hard groove, Franky Rizardo and Brunello the house corrective. Âme, Silvie Loto, Julya Karma, ChaseWest and Novah fill in everything between.
Then there are the back-to-backs, which is where Time Warp usually hides its best hour. DJ Tennis and Red Axes are billed together for what the promoters are calling an eclectic dancefloor journey, and anyone who heard Redrago, the double LP the three of them cut for Life and Death, knows that means Italo, rave and Israeli psych rock in the same bag. Italian selector Adiel is confirmed for a second b2b with a partner still listed as TBA, which is either a scheduling delay or a flex. Probably both.
What deserves more attention than it will get is the bottom third of that poster. Annie Lew, Queens mainstay Kilopatrah Jones, KYRUH and Rose Kourts are all New York artists who have spent years building rooms this city’s underground actually shows up to, and Time Warp has given them a stage rather than a token slot. For a festival that could fly in twenty Europeans and sell the same tickets, that choice says something about where the brand thinks the sound is coming from now.
Time Warp does not stop in Brooklyn either. A debut Los Angeles edition follows the next weekend, November 27 and 28, at Ace*Mission Studios in Boyle Heights, the same industrial pocket that finally gave Skyline a home. Two coasts, eight nights apart, one brand that has been doing this since Bill Clinton’s first term.
