Philly rapper Meek Mill took to his Instagram Stories yesterday to announce a sequel album to his 2018 ‘Championships,’ called ‘Don’t Follow The Heathens.’
Meek posted a photo of his laptop screen opened with the music app opened to an album titled “CHAMPIONSHIPS 2: DON’T FOLLOW THE HEATHENS.” A very small glimpse of the trackless was visible from the photo, but the details of the album lists it as running for a total of 1 hour and 33 minutes with 31 songs.
The only song title easy to decipher from the photo is a potential “Apocalypse 2” created with Cardo. Meek did not write any caption to go along with the tease of an Instagram Story; instead he simply left a row of devil faces and a handshake emoji on the photo.
There has been no further information released about the album, including full track list nor a release date. With ‘Championships’ being a certified gold album, fans can expect Meek to come out swinging in a sequel album.
