Someone has finally purchased Lil Wayne’s luxurious mansion in Miami. The New Orleans rapper put the home up for sale in September, initially listing it at $29.5M. The buyer managed to get the exclusive South Florida home for $28M.
The deal for the home was reportedly accepted on February 3rd and is close to being finalized.
Weezy had bought the property in 2018 for upwards of $16.5M and didn’t hold back when it came to tricking out his home.
The home came with seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and two kitchens, but a reflection pool and open-air cabana were later added by the rapper.
The waterfront mansion also features a movie theater, a wine room, an elevator, and a three-car garage.
