Early this week, Drake took to social media to announce the launch of his collaborative project with NOCTA and Nike to create the Tech Fleece collection.
As he is making his way through North America for his It’s All a Blur Tour, Drake posted a string of photos of himself and his OVO team boarding his private Air Drake plane in matching icy blue sportswear sets. Drake posted the photos to Instagram on Sunday, along with the caption: “Nocta Tech Fleece available July 27th @nike.”
The images shared to social media show off Tech Fleece zip-up and crewneck sweatshirts, as well as sweatpants. All of the sets shown are an ice blue color with the classic white Nike Swoosh adorning each piece. It is currently unknown if the collection will include more than the 3 pieces, but time will tell soon.
The original Nike Tech Fleeces hit the shelves in 2013 with a bang, but since then, the classic sweatshirts have faded in popularity. Hopefully Drake can help breathe some life into the Tech Fleece collection. The Nocta Tech Fleece collection will be available beginning July 27th on Nike’s website.
