The first full trailer for Aladdin just dropped and it, showcases the characters, setting and what to expect for the live-action film.
From what we can tell, this film will take on the same story line as the original animation, following a “street rat” named Aladdin. At Jafar’s request, he enters the ‘Cave of Wonders’ to retrieve a magic lamp to use to become a prince and to date Princess Jasmine.
Director Guy Ritchie and writer John August said the movie will be an “ambitious and non-traiditonal” take on the story.
