After exposing and touching himself inappropriately on a Delta flight last April, Desiigner has finally pled guilty to charges of indecent exposure and faces all of the consequences, including having to register as a sex offender.
Although the rapper avoided spending any time in jail, he is certainly not just getting off the hook with probation. Yesterday the terms of his sentence were released with more detail, revealing just the amount of stipulations that come with the sentence. Desiigner will be on probation for 2 years, during which he will be subject to drug testing and must undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
On top of his probation, he will have to complete 120 hours of community service. Desiigner will also not be able to purchase or own any firearms with all of these charges against him.
After the incident on the plane initially occurred, Desiigner had admitted himself into a mental health facility after apologizing for his wrongdoings. Hopefully after that stay in combination with the psychiatric help provided through the terms of his sentence will ensure that this kind of incident does not happen again.
