Vancouver received quite the surprise at the It’s All A Blur Tour dates. With 21 Savage unavailable to make it alongside Drake, the 6 God surprised his fans with a special appearance from Travis Scott instead.
Vancouver was the tour’s second Canadian stop, selling out Rogers Arena for both back-to- back shows. Drake brought his special guest, Travis Scott, out on stage for the iconic duo to perform, but also allowed Scott some time of his own. With the recent release of Scott’s new hit album, UTOPIA, it only makes sense that Drake would give him a little extra time in the limelight.
Scott’s participation in the tour gave fans their first look at Drake and Scott performing their new song, “MELTDOWN,” together as well as their classic hit, “Sicko Mode.” After performing a few songs together, Drake handed the stage over to Travis Scott. Scott performed two more songs from his new album, including “FIEN” and “I KNOW” to a very excited crowd.
Travis Scott has been a busy bee, it is a little shocking that he joined Drake for this tour given that he just released the tour dates for his upcoming “Utopia Presents Circus Maximus Tour.” Scott’s tour will officially begin next month, on October 11th in North Carolina, and travel throughout the US before ending on December 29th in Toronto, Canada.
