In the wake of Keefe D’s arrest for the murder to Tupac Shakur, 50 Cent took to Instagram this Monday to claim that Diddy is the one responsible for 2Pac’s death; but this wouldn’t be the first time 50 has made this allegation.
In his Instagram post this week, 50 went as far to advise Diddy to “lawyer up” with everything heating up in the long-standing murder case. Following his post, fans uploaded a video from a 50 Cent concert in which he is making a similar claim about Diddy.
50 had perviously spoken to his fans during one of his concerts to explain why he does not attend “Puff parties.” He told his audience: “Nuh uh, that n**** hug you from the front and the back at the same time? Fuck you talkin’ ‘bout? I mean, if you into that, you into that. I’m fine with it. I’m just saying this ain’t my motherfuckin’ kind of party. I’m uncomfortable.”
The more recent video shows 50 Cent on stage as he begins by saying: “I hate when they leave me to talk because I always say the wrong thing. . . Last time they left me, I said something about Puffy. You saw that clip? I gotta stop doing that kinda shit. I been talking to a therapist to try to help me with the shit I been saying.”
Despite 50 being aware of his shortcomings when it comes to saying the wrong thing, he continued away, digging deeper into Diddy. He told the audience: “It’s some crazy shit on my mind. Maybe I said that shit about Puffy because he got 2Pac killed.”
Back in 2021, Tony Yayo told reporters about a meeting he and 50 Cent had with Puff Daddy about signing 50 to Puff’s Bad Boy label. Yayo recalled Diddy telling 50, “‘Yeah, we can’t sign you, playboy. It’s too much. It’s too much drama with the Biggie stuff and all that.’”
Despite 50 Cent’s outspoken opinions on Diddy, Diddy has yet to respond to a single claim made.
